Membership

Yes. Members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per year with at least 7 days' notice. A freeze fee of RD$300 applies per freeze request.
There is a one-time enrollment fee of RD$1,000 for all new members. This covers your initial fitness assessment, body composition scan, and welcome kit.
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice. Annual plans have early termination fees. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Yes. We offer discounted corporate memberships for groups of 5 or more employees. Contact us directly for a custom quote.

Training & Classes

Not at all. Most of our classes are designed for all levels. Our coaches modify exercises to match your current fitness level so you can participate safely and effectively from day one.
Classes can be reserved through the BODY LIGHT JL mobile app or at the front desk. We recommend booking 24 hours in advance as popular classes fill quickly.
Personal training is fully individualized — your program, your pace, your goals. Group classes are more community-driven with a set curriculum. Most clients combine both for optimal results.
For body transformation goals, we recommend 3 sessions per week. Maintenance and performance goals typically require 2. Your coach will provide a personalized recommendation after your assessment.

Nutrition & Results

Yes. Transform and Elite members receive nutrition consultations as part of their plan. Starter members can add nutrition coaching for RD$1,500/month. We work with certified nutrition coaches, not generic meal plans.
Most clients see measurable changes within 4–6 weeks of consistent training and nutrition adherence. Significant body transformation typically takes 3–6 months. Results depend on your consistency, diet, and starting point.
We carry a curated selection of high-quality protein supplements, pre-workouts, and recovery products at the front desk. Our coaches will help you choose what's appropriate for your goals — we don't push products unnecessarily.

Facility & Policies

Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Elite members with 24/7 access use their key fob outside staffed hours.
Yes. We have dedicated parking in the building's ground floor for up to 40 vehicles. Parking is complimentary for all active members.
Athletic wear is required at all times. Closed-toe athletic footwear is mandatory on the gym floor. We ask all members to bring a personal towel for equipment courtesy.
Starter and Transform members may bring one guest per month at no charge. Elite members receive 4 guest passes per month. Additional guest visits are RD$500 each.
